Ashleigh Wagoner, M. Ed.
Yoga Instructor
Ashleigh is one of the rare Wake County residents that is actually from NC! She completed her yoga teacher training at Yoba Studio in Raleigh and loves to practice ALL types of yoga from restorative-power. Ashleigh teaches Gentle Flow classes at hOMe, where you are unlikely to run into her nemesis pose- skandasana! A fun fact about Ashleigh is that she is ordained to marry couples in the state of NC.

Ashley Knight, CPT
Assistant Manager/Yoga Instructor/Reiki Master
Ashley is a Raleigh, NC native with a brief life stint in Tampa, FL. As a RYT-200 and Reiki Master she infuses the opportunity for mindful movement and energetic opening into each of her classes. Ashley loves any trip to the mountains where she can climb to new heights while connecting with nature. You never know what adventure she is up to next, and neither does she, as she flows with life and embodies the "Be Here Now" mantra. She loves taking a challenging Power Flow and equally loves teaching Restorative and Vinyasa style classes. She believes that Yoga is for every BODY and should be accessible for every ONE.

With a passion for holistic wellness and a profound commitment to enhancing lives through yoga, Ashley is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with an extensive background in practicing and teaching yoga under the esteemed guidance of certified Iyengar instructors. With her therapeutic focus and knowledge of human physiology, she has accumulated a wealth of experience working with yoga students struggling with chronic illness for the last 6 years. She lives in downtown Wake Forest, NC with her two children. She is obsessed with plants, being outdoors, adding to her vinyl collection, and weekend road trips.

Yoga Instructor
If you see Becky at our hOMe, she will be most likely leading a children’s yoga class! At her own home, you may find her homeschooling her three children, gardening or just checking on her farm in her fluffy purple robe! Her teaching style described in one word is fun and you might end up hearing some 90’s country in one of her playlists!

Brenda Fox Hickey, RYT 500
Yoga Instructor
Originally from California, Brenda joins the hOMe team with yoga teacher trainings from Yoga Farm Ithaca and Gratitude Hot Yoga. Brenda’s favorite type of yoga to practice and teach is vinyasa; perfect for her energetic style of teaching! In a yoga class of hers, you may hear the song “Ra Ma Da Sa” which often winds up in her playlists. Off the yoga mat, her favorite hobby is biking and she loves Jamaica as a travel destination.

Colleen Schreffler M.S./M Ed., OTR/L-CLT
Yoga Instructor
Colleen completed her 200 YTT Hatha Style Training through Green Lotus Yoga in Minnesota and relocated to Wake Forest in 2023. Colleen has a passion to teaching yoga to all bodies and personalities. She has desire to serve the community and outreach to those that have not yet experienced and joy and balance of Yoga. Colleen prefers an approachable, simple, but authentic and fun approach to teaching.

Sound Healer
Emily is our resident sound healer; offering an immersive, meditative experience with her beautiful singing bowls. She loves to practice flow style yoga, sing and plays a variety of instruments! When she practices yoga, she loves three-legged dog and her nemesis pose is crow! Emily loves tropical travel destinations and black olives on her pizza.

Yoga Instructor
An Ohio native, Emily joins the hOMe team with yoga teacher training from YogaRenew and Strala Yoga. She loves to teach a variety of different styles of yoga, but her favorite type to practice is power. She loves olives and banana peppers on her pizza and will travel anywhere with her family and a beach! A fun fact about Emily is that she can write with her foot!!

Kali dePreaux-Jensen, MBA
Owner/Yoga Instructor
Kali completed her vinyasa-style yoga teacher training at Embrace Yoga Studio in Fayetteville, NC, and vinyasa is still her favorite style to teach and practice. Her education and career is in accounting, so teaching yoga is the perfect balance to add calm and creativity into her working life. Kali’s greatest passion in life is being a mother to her two amazing children, who you will likely see around the studio! Other passions include rescuing dogs and reading. In addition to teaching yoga, Kali hosts five different book clubs in The Winebrary.

Yoga Instructor/Reiki Master
A longtime teacher and student of yoga, Stephanie describes her teaching style as authentic. She focuses heavily on alignment, providing a strong and safe foundation for any yoga class! In her own practice, her favorite pose is eight-angle pose and her nemesis is wheel! Stephanie has a truly adventurous spirit! She was a flight attendant for 24 years and LOVES fast cars!

Suzanne Bestafka, CPT

Suzanne grew up in a small town in Kentucky and moved to Raleigh in the early 90’s where she met her husband of 26 years. Her yoga journey began 21 years ago when she was pregnant with her daughter and has been an important part of her life ever since. Wanting to share her passion with others, she completed her 200 hour YTT in Hatha and Vinyasa with YogaRenew. Off the mat she is a Physical Education Teacher who also loves dogs and the beach.
