  • Any of the classes would be fine for beginners except Flow Levels 2-3 and Power Flow. A working knowledge of pose names and alignment are crucial to having a positive experience in those classes.

  • Anything comfortable that doesn’t restrict movement. Tighter clothing may be preferable in classes that may include inversions (i.e. downward dog, headstand, etc). Yoga is practiced barefoot, so choice of footwear doesn’t matter.

  • You don’t HAVE to bring anything, but many yogis prefer to bring their own mats and water bottles.

  • Your 30 days will begin the day you take your first class and end 30 days after that.

  • After clearing it with your doctor, yes! Please make your instructor aware and they will provide modifications for you to safely enjoy the class.

  • No! You do yoga to get flexible, not because you’re flexible.

  • It will recur as long as you allow it and you may cancel at any time with no penalty. No refunds will be issued, however.
